Deposit Policy

At LaHoney our appointments are high in demand, we do require a non-refundable $50 deposit for all bookings.

You can make this payment online or over the phone at the time of your booking.

This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost or carried over to your next booking at your request,

If you fail to show to your appointment or do not provide us with adequate notice of cancelation, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay another $50 upon the booking of your next visit.

Confirmation Policy

3 days prior to your appointment you will receive a courtesy txt message reminding you of your booking, you are required to respond to this message with a simple Y or N.

If we do not receive a response a second and final message will be sent, failing to respond to this message will result in the cancelation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.

Your booking is flexible, if you need to make any alterations, we are happy to accommodate where we can.

Cancelation Policy

At LaHoney we run to a very strict schedule and every minute is valuable, so we do request that you respect our time just as much as we respect yours.

We have a very long waitlist of clients looking to book in with us.

So, if you do wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment its crucial that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer that booking to someone on our waitlist.

Cancelations with within 48 hours or more we are happy to apply your deposit to your account to be used on your next booking.

Cancelations under 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No shows

If you decide to ghost us like that last TInder date, you will be charged 50% of your appointment, if you decide to avoid paying the appointment cost you may be blocked from making any future appointments until such time that any outstanding charges are paid. Ps. Please dont ghost us, it hurts.
